The Old Hall Estate has defibrillator installed next on Grisedale road Bromborough, Wirrel.

LCP, part of M Core, have continued to work alongside the charity ‘MissedABeat’, to provide defibrillators across their industrial property portfolio.

The closest 24/7 public defibrillator is located at Court House Office , which is over 800 metres (0.5 miles) from The Grisedale Road. This might not seem far but making this journey by foot, would take some time (every minute lost reduces the chances of survival by 10%).

Jodie Wood, Industrial Property & Facilities Coordinator for LCP, said: “Our aim is to have defibrillators across all LCP industrial estates that don't currently have the lifesaving facility. This life saving device has been installed and registered on the "The Old Hall Estate", it will make businesses and visitors much safer".

During a Cardiac arrest, a life-threatening condition that requires immediate treatment the survival rates are 50% - 70% if a defibrillator is used within five minutes, however there is a shortage of accessible units across the country. With the support of an extensive network of UK businesses and retail parks, MISSEDABEAT feels with their support we can all make a difference, while also providing peace of mind to staff, tenants and those visiting the sites.
