Bleed control kits added to two more defibrillator cabinets
We’re pleased to share that two additional community defibrillator cabinets have now been equipped with bleed control kits, further strengthening emergency readiness in our area.
🔸 #TheManorPublicHouse, Cornwall Place, Bishop Auckland Already home to a 24/7 community-access defibrillator, helping keep publicans and local residents safe.
🔸 #LittleChefsBigChefs Community Hub, West Auckland Another vital community location where the addition of a bleed control kit will make a real difference.
Both defibrillators have dedicated Guardians who ensure they are always emergency-ready through regular checks and cleaning.
The bleed control kits will also be added to the GoodSAM network, linking directly with emergency services when every second counts.
A huge thank you to the team at Tesco and national Gas for their support, which has enabled us to fund and install these bleed control kits and continue improving community safety.
